Asian Pork Kabobs are the most delicious thing you’ll put in your mouth all grilling season! There’s tons of big bold flavors you’re going to love!
I’m all about Asian flavors in all kinds of meals. These Asian Pork Kabobs have a mouthwatering combination of garlic, soy sauce and fresh ginger seasoning the meat and vegetables. I love this combination of pineapple, red onion, sweet orange bell peppers and grape tomatoes with the pork tenderloin. The hoisin sauce adds a great depth of flavor, too. Of course, you could swap out the pork for chicken breasts if you have that on hand instead. This is such an impressive-looking dish to serve at a backyard cookout with friends and family. It looks like it took you forever, but really this recipe is so simple. And oh so delicious! The pineapple and pork and vegetables all get so scrumptiously caramelized on the grill. Are you drooling yet? Serve these kabobs over a bed of brown rice, or with a simple green salad for an easy weeknight meal. You can prep everything ahead of time so you just have to pop them on the grill when you get home from work or the beach or wherever.
