These Funfetti Crinkle Cookies start with a version of my favorite easy cookie recipe. I’ve made Lemon Crinkle Cookies before, and they were a huge hit with my husband. Since then, I’ve been dreaming up other flavors, but I knew I would have to try Funfetti first.

- Funfetti cake mix
- 1 egg
- cool whip topping
- powdered sugar
(To make these funfetti crinkle cookies, you could use any cake mix. Just add 1/2 cup of sprinkles to your cake mix. Change out your sprinkles for a festive addition to your holiday party!)

Here’s how to make funfetti cookies:
- Combine the cake mix, egg, and Cool Whip to form cookie dough.
- After that, cover and place in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Scoop dough by the tablespoon and roll into balls. Then roll in powdered sugar.
- Place on greased cookie sheets.
- Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes, until the bottoms are golden brown.
