This is one of the easiest lasagna recipes out there, and you don’t even have to simmer a sauce or boil any noodles. It’s the perfect moist, juicy pasta recipe, great for entertaining large groups or throwing a dinner party. This easy recipe is kid-approved and great for busy weeknights or game day weekends.

- Granulated garlic
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
- Ricotta cheese
- Parmesan & Romano cheese
- Lasagna noodles
- Salt and Pepper to taste

Lazy Slow Cooker Lasagna

Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ cup onion chopped
- ½ cup green pepper chopped
- 3 15oz cans tomato sauce
- 2 teaspoons dried basil
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1 15oz container ricotta cheese
- 1 cup Parmesan & Romano cheese grated
- 15 lasagna noodles uncooked
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and cook the peppers and onions until tender.1 tablespoon olive oil, ½ cup green pepper, ½ cup onion
- Add the ground beef, season with salt, pepper, and granulated garlic.1 lb lean ground beef, 2 teaspoons garlic powder, Salt and Pepper
- Drain off excess grease.
- Stir in the tomato sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.3 15oz cans tomato sauce
- In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese with the basil and grated parm and ricotta cheeses. Mix until well combined.2 cups mozzarella cheese, 1 15oz container ricotta cheese, 1 cup Parmesan & Romano cheese, 2 teaspoons dried basil
- The remaining mozzarella cheese will be for the top of the lasagna just before serving so place that back in the refrigerator.2 cups mozzarella cheese
- Spoon a fourth of the meat sauce into the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Break 5 noodles and place them on top.15 lasagna noodles
- Spread half the cheese mixture on top of the noodles. Repeat the layers, ending with sauce on the top.
- Set the slow cooker to low, cover and cooker for 4-6 hours until the noodles are tender.
- About 10 minutes before serving, top with remaining mozzarella cheese, cover and let stand until the cheese is melted.
