⏲️ Storage

Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container. (These are my favorite containers.) These will last about 1 week.

You can also freeze these and they will last about 1 month. If you know you’re going to freeze a bunch, don’t cut them up. Instead, wrap them in plastic wrap and then place that into a freezer bag. Don’t forget to label them!

📖 Variations

We recommend that you try our recipe for the first time just as it is written for the best results, because that is how the recipe has been tested.

However, the next time you make it, you might consider one of these different ways of making this great recipe.

  • Add a 1/3 cup sweetened flaked coconut or chopped nuts to the batter.
  • Instead of creamy peanut butter, use chunky.

  1. A great idea, very very appealing. And since somebody put it into that table salt does us no good the Kosher salt is welcome indeed!

  2. I made these today. They are great. I didn’t have any semi sweet chocolate chips, so just used milk chocolate chips… came out great. I will definitely make these again. I like the addition of the peanut butter chips instead of just the usual chocolate chips. Love peanut butter and chocolate….mmmmm
